The sink is arguably the centerpiece of your kitchen, so any time you’re doing a remodeling project it’s a good idea to consider whether your sink goes with the look that you’re trying to achieve. Meanwhile, sinks can become grimy and inefficient over time, so it’s a good idea to replace them every once in a while. Fortunately, the process is not quite as difficult as one might think, as you’re basically just going to disconnect the old one, take it out, insert the new one, and make the new connections. Here’s what to do.
Step 1: Shut off all the water to the kitchen. To be safe, turn off the valves underneath the sink as well as the main valves to the home or to this particular portion of your home.
